Paramore gig
was insane.
Met you me at six for the third time, didn’t feel excited cause they’re kindof like my friends now ;) haha. Got my ticket signed by them….don’t really know why cause now i have their signatures 3 times? hah
Eventually found the Nia and during Now Now Every Children and Paper Route i was too far back in the crowd for my liking. Then you me at six came on…we saw this group of guys just pushing their way towards the front so we just tagged behind them. Managed to get 2 away from the front! Got split up from one of my friends though. You me at six were so good, they’ve improved so much just in a year! The arena was sooo huge and i saw Josh looking around like ‘fucking hell’ with an amazed face.
My two other friends that i was with had to be lifted out between you me at six and paramore cause they hated how much we were getting squished. So that left me, the whole way through paramore on my own!

Brick By Boring BrickI spent the whole of Emergency looking at the floor because i lost my phone. Didn’t find it; pretty certain it got stolen out of my pocket. This nice guy tried to help me find it though :’)
I debated with myself a lot of the night whether to go and get water, recover and go back in or just stick it out. And i ended up just sticking it out cause i didn’t want to miss a song.
It shocked me, but…seriously, that was the roughest gig i’ve been too. I have bruises all over my body!
I got Hayley’s water in my mouth and the guy next to me got Zac’s drumstick. x)
Wanted to hang round after and meet them but we had to get the train :(

Well I missed my train to work so that gives me a little time to something which I haven’t done in ages.

Things have taken a calmer turn out here now, I’m working six days a week at George’s which help me save up for an SLR :)
The room situation has completely changed with all the people I didn’t really get on with coincidentally moving out and two new awesome lads moving in. We’ve also started to hang out with some of the girls on the second floor so it’s like we’ve remade the group from scratch, only tons better this time.
I still miss home though. I really thought making the move to Oz permanent was definitely on the cards but there are too many people that aren’t here. If the value I put into a few of them is justified when I get back then there won’t be any need to head back out here.
Still haven’t got round to playing a damn open mic with Seagull yet. I need to sort that out. However practicing with him has confirmed I need to start some sort of band or project when I get back and be real with it, not taking it half arsed.
Otherwise everything out here is amazing, especially some of the friends I’ve made out here (Monika, Tiff, Carie and the gang we will gang out after Xmas when I have free time again!).
The planning has also begun for the rest of the trip. I need to have $2500 to survive for about a month in Japan which I can do. I just need another grand or so on top of that for my travels out here and all the activities I want to do. Gotta be smart with the saving!
Anyway, I’ll try to be more active on here again on a meaningful level, my spamming days are definitely through!
